Shipping & Delivery
We use UPS as our shipping carrier and offer 3 easy
delivery options:
- Standard Shipping: 7 - 10 business days (Continental
United States)
- 2nd Day Air: 2 business days (Alaska, Hawaii and Continental
United States)
- Will Call: If you live in the Sammamish, WA area, please
call 425.836.0448 to schedule your pickup.
To ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO locations, place your order

Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If,
for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase, simply return it and we will offer you a refund
of your full purchase price, or an exchange at your discretion.
Directions for Returns & Exchanges
- Please enclose the following information with your return:
Name, Address, Daytime Phone Number, Photocopy of your receipt,
Reason for your return.
Let us know if you desire a refund
or wish to exchange the item.

- Please allow approximately 14 days for us to receive
and process your return or exchange. We'll credit or refund
the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were
charged (excluding shipping and delivery charges). Adjustments
to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles.
Wholesale Order Returns We require a Return Authorization
prior to accepting wholesale customer returns. Please

Tax
Brown Butterfly doesn't benefit from the collection of sales
tax. We remit collected tax directly to the taxing jurisdiction.
We are required to collect tax on orders delivered to Washington
State.
