Through her study of Aromatherapy, Laura discovered the power
of pure essential oils and their therapeutic benefits for physical,
emotional and spiritual well-being. The extremely concentrated
and precious essences can be traced to ancient Egypt and are used
in some of the highest quality perfumes and cosmetics worldwide.
In 1999, out of her passion to create natural, superior quality
and effective skin care products, she began to make soap in her
kitchen and sold it at the Redmond Market each Saturday. Her interest
in skin care continued to grow, so she changed career paths and
enrolled at the Euro Institute of Skin Care to become an Aesthetician.
She graduated with honors from the Euro Institute in 2002.
Today, teaming up with her husband Fran, they hand-craft and
package a beautiful line of quality bath and body products using
the finest natural ingredients. They continue to sell their products
at farmers markets, and you can also find Brown Butterfly in select
stores and spas.
Now a Licensed Aesthetician, you can schedule facials, glycolic
peels, microdermabrasion and waxing appointments with Laura Hogan
